Hexamer provides fast and reliable subcontracting services and is specialised in producing silicone rubber products. According to our customers' wishes, we do e.g. mold products, profiles, tapes, hoses, case seals and interference protection. We have years of extensive experience in producing demanding silicone products for medical, food, electronics, construction, paper and transport industries. With 3D printing, we can carry out experiments and solutions for prototype purposes on a fast schedule.

Extrusion
We use extrusion technology to produce unreinforced hoses, strips, window and door seals as well as special profiles for construction and food industry, shipbuilding and medical devices. Most of our products are made according to customers’ own designs, but we are happy to take part in planning early on.
The silicone material is always chosen based on the intended purpose and conditions of use. HTV quality or high temperature vulcanised silicone rubber is used for making strips, for example. There is a wide range of silicone materials available, such as medical and food grades, oil-resistant, fire-proof, etc.

Cutting and joining services
As an additional service, we cut products made with extrusion technology to the customer's desired dimensions. We also vulcanize various joints as well as corners and T-joints. We can also join, for example, valves to expansion seals.
Stock products
In addition to products made according to the customer's drawings, we also manufacture standard silicone hoses and seals. You can order white, brown, black or gray window and door seals and various non-reinforced, food-grade silicone hoses from our wide stock selection with fast delivery. Download the catalogues below.
