According to our customers' wishes, we do e.g. mold products, profiles, tapes, hoses, case seals and interference protection. We have years of extensive experience in producing demanding silicone products for medical, food, electronics, construction, paper and transport industries. With 3D printing, we can carry out experiments and solutions for prototype purposes on a fast schedule.

Injection moulding
We have six injection moulding machines which we use to produce various moulded products from liquid silicone. We use injection moulding to produce medium and large series where the size of the products can vary from less than one gram to 850 grams. The products include gaskets, bellows, complex silicone parts etc. Injection moulding can also be used for over-moulding rubber to metal parts.

Products and parts for many uses
Liquid silicone has BfR and FDA approvals which makes it ideal for use in hygiene and medical products. Silicone rubber has a great resistance to heat, frost and UV light, which makes it ideal for many industrial applications.
Our production moulds are made of durable mould steel so they are perfectly suited for larger production quantities.
